- Post, account assignment and reconciliation of incoming and outgoing payments - Preparation of monthly and annual accounting reports. - Reconciliate and clarify accounts. - Process of SEPA clients. - Work with tax consultant. - Take projects around the topic of accounting independently - Manage employees’ database and office documents.

- Support and further develop the tracking of measures, the reporting logic, the tracking tool and the processes for the Global Domain Function (GDF) project. - Analyse business cases and prepare feedbacks for the initiators and responsible persons . - Prepare documents and analyse corporate planning of ZF Group Materials Management for the Global Commodity Purchasing Organization - Support Controlling department on Inventory Turn Over (ITR) and Non-produced Material (NPM) reports.

− Analyze secondary data and desk market research to identify key findings and trends − Create and lead qualitative analysis to support client deliverables and business decisions − Manage projects and work streams of reasonable, independently or with senior support − Assist in developing detailed documentation and specifications, including business process documentation, and client data − Work with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goal, both internally and externally

- Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up activities. - Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in increased market share globally. - Responding to customers after sales inquiries (delivery, payment, partial deliveries, defective product). - Contacting customers to offer an alternative part, requotes, upsells - Working closely with the Purchasing Department.

− Conduct research into specific English education; collect data related to customers , competitors, market trends from internal and external sources. − Communicate research findings, generate reports and presentations − Support to build, improve and maintain relationships to schools, universities, companies, suppliers that aims to advertise English learning programs and abroad studying. − Organize events in universities, schools to introduce new learning programs, studying abroad opportunities.
