Your profile:

1. Commercial training (industrial/office clerk (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or similar), preferably with further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d)
2. Several years of professional experience
3. Confident handling of MS Office and Sharepoint
4. Good knowledge of English is an advantage
5. Numerate, structured and careful way of working

Tasks:

1. Electronic invoice flow: recording, account assignment and posting
2. Independent processing of all business transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, receivables management and preparation of payroll accounting)
3. Collaboration in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB
4. Contributing to the design, implementation and further development of accounting processes
5. Office management
