We are looking for a person for our Market & Customer Insights team at our Karlsruhe-Ottostraße location
Data Analyst (m/f/d) part-time (20 hours per week)
What you have to do
Carrying out complex and extensive analyzes of markets, customer groups and customer needs
Development of data models to generate customer insights
Development of impact models to measure and monitor the success of marketing - and sales activities
Extracting the decision-relevant findings and discussing recommendations for action with our colleagues from Marketing & Sales
Proactive identification of possible applications of data-based solutions
This convinces us
Relevant, several years of experience in the described areas of responsibility
Ideally experience in the areas of market insights, customer insights, customer experience, market research or similar .
Completed studies in the field of (business) mathematics, economics, social sciences, natural sciences or comparable (also completed professional training)
Relevant methodological knowledge and practical experience within data science (e.g. statistical models, experimental designs, Bayesian statistics, machine learning)
Excellent analytical thinking and experience in preparing and visualizing large amounts of data. You deal with complex contexts and recognize the essentials.
Strong curiosity to get to the bottom of things and to uncover and understand connections. Bring in insights from different sources beyond individual data sources.
Experience in applications and programming languages commonly used for data analysis (e.g. Python, R)
You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
